Shift Schedule: 7p-7:30a Shift Type: Nights Rate: $2,182/36-hours
Requirements: Active RN license Current BLS certification; ACLS
preferred if required. Experience in psychiatric or behavioral
health nursing preferred. Strong communication, clinical judgment,
and crisis management skills. Responsibilities: Assess, monitor,
and document patient mental and physical health status. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed. Implement individualized
care plans and therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with
psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide patient and family education regarding mental health and
treatment plans. Maintain safety and therapeutic environment for
patients and staff. Respond appropriately to behavioral crises or
emergencies. Document care and observations accurately in the EMR
