Job Description:
Partner with recruitment and nursing leadership to attract and
retain top nursing talent, analyzing workforce data and
implementing strategies.
Serve as an informal leader and mentor, providing guidance,
onboarding, and fostering a positive culture.
Coordinate and evaluate onboarding, mentoring programs, and
research initiatives to support nurse retention and professional
growth.
Engage with newly hired nurses, conduct surveys and stay interviews
to monitor retention, and develop community partnerships for
workforce readiness.
Requires BSN, 5+ years of acute hospital experience, current RN
licensure, and BLS certification.
Must have effective communication, interpersonal, and data analysis
skills, with physical ability to perform job duties.
This full-time, on-site role involves working in a
climate-controlled environment with occasional exposure to
hazards.
