Who we are:
Symetria Recovery is the #1 outpatient rehab in Illinois and Texas.

Symetria Recovery provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment
with a focus on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in a welcoming
outpatient setting. Unlimited clinical services are available to
our patients under our bundled-service delivery model. Key services
delivered through our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) licensure
include MAT, medically monitored psychiatric care, individual
therapy, group therapy (IOP), 6-day-per-week nursing care, and
ongoing aftercare. Most of our patients being provided medication
receive Buprenorphine products, but they can also receive
Methadone, injectables (Vivitrol, Sublocade), and any other
FDA-approved medication for addiction.
What you will do:
Gathers pertinent information from patients for completion of the
intake nursing assessment.
Administers, interprets, and documents urine drug screens,
pregnancy tests, and tuberculosis screening tests.
Communicates all necessary results and pertinent information to the
treatment team and documents follow up actions in patient medical
record.
Collects CIWA/COWS score and provides report to nursing team and/or
medical provider.
Collects and monitors patient's vitals and other physical health
information.
Collects blood samples from patients at admission and annually,
when ordered by medical provider.
Provides support to all patients experiencing physical withdrawal
or other physical health conditions.
Assists nursing staff with medication callbacks and/or outreach
attempts to re-engage patients in treatment.
Assists in completing code status change forms and additional
documentation as needed
Assists clinic staff in case management responsibilities, including
but not limited to assisting with arranging guest dosing, medical
record coordination and collection, communication with outside
providers, and conducting outreach calls
Maintains a professional working relationship with all patients and
staff
Completes any and all additional duties as assigned by Program
Director
Who you are:
Active Medical Assistant Certification within the state of hire
CPR certified
Ability to receive and follow detailed instructions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience obtaining and interpreting vital signs, tuberculosis
screening tests, pregnancy tests, and urine drug screens.
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Windows Operating System
Learn and efficiently operate Electronic Medical Record
Platform
Service orientated experience and/or prior experience in substance
use treatment setting preferred
Must pass a criminal background check
