Overview:
A growing organization in Illinois is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Des Plaines area of Illinois. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) -to homes and assisted living facilities -in the area. At a minimum, we're looking for someone who has the availability to complete 5-12 visits per week.


The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in homes of young adults to geriatrics with developmental disabilities.
