Full-time OR RN needed at a top facility in Illinois!(Reference Code: KAM) Previous OR experience is required Job summary:Utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes. Revises plans of care as indicated. Practices in accordance with physician orders, established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Qualifications:* Successful completion of an Associate's degree, or BSN from an accredited school of nursing. Nurses with ASN, hired/rehired on or after May 1, 2014 must obtain BSN from an accredited program within three years of position start date to continue employment.* Licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.* CPR certification for basic life support provider through the American Heart Association.* Previous RN scrubbing and circulating experience required.
