What You Will Do: Lead the delivery of quality patient care and adherence to policies, procedures and therapy protocols.Actively participate in the process of monitoring, guiding and evaluating staff performance.Contribute to efficient operations by assisting with coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow and promoting decision-making and problem solving.Perform the duties of a counselor.Provide consultation for and/or management of patients requiring complex or advanced treatment. What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider preferred.Clinical Counselor preferred.Counselor preferred.Psychologist preferred.Social Worker preferred.Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family preferred.Education:Master's degree required. Doctorate preferred.Work Experience:1 year of experience required.
