culture.OverviewThe Chief People Officer (CPO) will serve as a key
member of the leadership team, responsible for architecting and
executing a holistic people strategy that fuels company growth,
fosters a high-performance culture, and champions employee
engagement. This role will oversee Talent Acquisition, Human
Resources, and Internal Communications, while working in close
partnership with Learning & Development to align people initiatives
with business outcomes.Responsibilities
- Define and execute a forward-thinking People strategy aligned
to business goals and growth targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and executive team on all
things related to talent, culture, and organizational health
- Lead with a strong DEI&B lens to ensure equity and
belonging are embedded into all people programs
- Oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and hire
top-tier talent across all functions
- Ensure scalable recruiting processes and employer branding
initiatives to support national reach
- Lead the HR function in areas including employee relations,
performance management, compensation & benefits, and
compliance
- Evolve and strengthen people operations and policies that
support a dynamic, growing workforce
- Guide workforce planning, succession planning, and
organizational design in partnership with business leaders
- Own the strategy and execution of internal communications to
drive clarity, alignment, and engagement across the
organization
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver messaging that
supports transparency and a unified company culture
- Collaborate with L&D leadership to develop scalable
training programs that upskill, retain, and grow talent
- Support the creation of career pathing, leadership development,
and internal mobility frameworksQualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across HR,
Talent Acquisition, and/or Internal Communications
- 5+ years in an executive or senior HR leadership role within a
high-growth or mid-to-large scale company
- Prior experience in a CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) role
is a plus
- Proven experience driving results through people strategy
during periods of transformation and scaling
- Deep understanding of modern people's practices and
technologies (e.g., ATS, HRIS, engagement platforms)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management
skills
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk
mitigation
- Experience working in tech, professional services, or a

- Expected salary range of $200,000 - $345,000 dependent on
experience
