Cross Country was the first public company to earn The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for Health Care Staffing Services Certification with Distinction.BASIC PURPOSE:The Director of Business Development is responsible for building a sustainable pipeline of new and expanding opportunities with clients seeking Contingent staffing services. This senior, customer-facing role involves engaging with C-suite executives of hospital systems and internal team leaders. The Director will drive growth through RFP participation, introducing our services to existing clients, and direct engagement with buyers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Grow the Search business client portfolio in revenue and profitability.
• Develop presentation materials and pitch decks for internal use.
• Create digital marketing content such as thought leadership pieces, case studies, and reference materials.
• Collaborate with finance on pricing and profitability models.
• Work with Delivery leaders to model team and resource strategies for new engagements.
• Evaluate channel partnerships with PE firms, consulting firms, and GPOs.
• Negotiate contracts aligning customer expectations with company objectives.
• Implement change management processes and review systems to monitor progress.
• Drive profitable growth by increasing top-line revenue, gross margin, and contribution income within the workforce solutions division.
• Develop performance metrics to measure the success of company initiatives.
• Align division goals with overall company goals to maximize growth, profitability, and ROI on product development.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in workforce solutions.
• Experience in sales forecasting and process control.
• Excellent communication skills to work harmoniously with internal and external clients.
• Strong judgment and decision-making based on integrity.
