This individual will be accountable for successful project delivery, representing the organization while ensuring seamless coordination between team members, clients, and executives. • Promote Safety - Champion the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture across all phases of the project.
• Project Planning & Execution - Contribute to comprehensive project planning and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
• Issue Resolution - Act as the escalation point for critical project issues and resolve them promptly to ensure project continuity.
• Team Leadership - Build and maintain teams with clearly defined roles during both the pursuit and operational phases of the project.
• Communication & Collaboration - Serve as the primary communication bridge between team members, clients, and executives.
• Customer Relationship Management - Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued success and potential future business opportunities.
• Leadership & Strategy - Lead strategic initiatives to drive the success of the project while ensuring milestones and goals are consistently met.Who You Are:
  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of overseeing large-scale construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • Rail experience required - A solid understanding of rail systems and projects is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
