Job Description:

S222A seeks a Project Manager with 5-10 years relevant experience in architectural practice, including oversight of all aspects of a project: coordination of consultants and internal project teams, detailing and construction document preparation, management and quality control of commercial projects. Position requires candidate to be self-motivated, responsible, efficient and work in a team environment.

• Responsible for technical review and content.
• Responsible for finished plans and specifications, and review of materials and construction.
• Prepares and supervises code analysis.
• Prepares and supervises production of specifications.
• Supervises associates, designers, and interns.
• Supervises issuance of construction documents and coordination of deliverables.
• Travels periodically to project sites.
• Mentors younger team members.
• Performs Construction Administration, including shop drawing review, responding to RFIs, and conducting evaluations of the quality of work.Applicant Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
