• Oversee Uline's migration to Oracle EBS for supply chain, AP/AR and GL modules.
• Manage a team of developers to design, develop and maintain complex applications.
• Serve as a key technical and functional liaison between Finance and IT leadership.
• Plan and execute large-scale, high-profile development initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders on strategy.
• Stay current on IT best practices and emerging software technologies.Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing an Oracle EBS environment and technology stack.
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Costing, and Inventory processes.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing development teams for critical applications.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills in a leadership role.Benefits
