Alternate locations may be considered.The Business Change Director - Strategy is responsible for partnering with Care Navigation teams to deliver initiatives supporting Carelon and enterprise goals.How you will make an impact:

• Provides program, project, and change management support for digitization and clinical program optimization.
• Creates and implements execution plans, resolves issues, and operationalizes clinical model redesign strategies.
• Develops communication strategies to manage stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborates on designing digital assets to enhance member/provider experience and support growth.
• Integrates functions and processes, using data to monitor KPIs and drive decisions.
• Builds support for business change and reports on initiative status and performance.
• Offers expertise in culture/change management, process planning, and portfolio management.
• Supports execution of the operating plan.Minimum Requirements:BA/BS in a related field and at least 10 years managing mid to large-scale change initiatives, or equivalent experience.Preferred Skills and Experiences:
  • Ability to create and drive strategic execution plans with quick wins.
  • Knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
  • Clinical program knowledge and strategy development experience.
  • Strong communication skills including storytelling and presentations.Salary range for Chicago, IL: $123,288 to $184,932.Additional Information:Elevance Health offers comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, stock purchase, 401k, and more.
