  RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FP&A MANAGER
  
  • Manage and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting to business units
    
  • Analyze product line profitability, P&L, supply chain and cost, etc
    
  • Lead the analysis of financial information to determine present and future financial performance
    
  • Coordinate monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes
    
  • Partner with various departments and leadership to provide guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets
    
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L analysis
    
  • Perform risk and opportunity analysis
    
  • Create quarterly presentations to Board of Directors.
    
  • Process improvement to drive effective data analytics
    
  • Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline work
    
  • Provide ad hoc reports and analyses, as requested
    
    QUALIFICATIONS OF THE FP&A MANAGER
    
    • 4+ yrs progressive finance experience
      
    • B.S. in Finance or Accounting
      
    • Experience with MS Office Suite
      
    • ERP system experience
      
    • Strong analytical skills
