Role Overview:Culligan is seeking an experienced finance leader to lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the Retail Channel business units. Seeking a candidate who excels in a fast-paced, private equity backed environment. This position is responsible for daily management of all financial activities pertaining to budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and BU consolidations. Culligan's Retail Channel is central to our strategic growth plans and includes a number of global eCommerce and Direct to Consumer brands at various stages of integration into the Culligan family of businesses. The Senior FP&A Manager will collaborate with the cross-functional Corporate Leadership team to produce reliable, accurate, comparable, and timely information. This role will lead the development of key finance processes across multiple recent acquisitions and support the financial integration of new M&A targets as they are identified.Essential Job Functions:Own the timely submissions of monthly reporting, forecast submissions by creating standardized monthly reports, removing waste in the process, and clearly communicating deadlines and targetsLead the planning and consolidation of monthly financial reporting, including Monthly Financial Reviews (MFR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)Partner with Retail Channel CFO to implement new processes, champion continuous improvement and finance transformation, working with Controllership & Corporate to drive process improvements in budgeting, forecasting and reportingLead all finance integration related activities for current and future M&A deals in the Channel.Using analytical skills, implement best practices, generating collaborative solutions when issues ariseDrive SG&A reporting and zero-based budgeting process for Culligan Retail Back OfficeAnalyze, forecast, and report on capital investments (CAPEX), partnering with business leadership to drive effective free cash flow and return on investmentDesign, develop, and produce standardized decision-based analytics to accompany monthly business reviews including monthly volume and channel/product revenue reportingLead growth related projects through the Strategic Deployment Process (SDP) for strategic business initiatives and partner with IT to drive improvements in finance systems to support the businessPartner with the accounting team to understand balance sheet trends and operational levers to budget and forecast expected results of net working capitalPrepare adhoc analysis for Culligan leadership, Board of Directors and/or BDTJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, or comparable area5-10 years of Financial Management and FP&A experiencePublic company accounting experience, including SOX controls experience, strongly preferredERP implementation and Consolidations Systems preferred (SAP & Hyperion is a plus)Strong communication, critical thinking, and change-management skills preferred
