  Duties/Responsibilities:
  
  • Supervises the talent acquisition process
  • Knowledge with Recruitment & payroll
  • Creates learning & Development programs
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records.
  • Works with Insurance Provider to process work place injuries
  • Training (Policy, regulations, safety, new hire orientation)
  • Work with our broker of record to source best health provider
  • Handle annual open enrollments
  • Maintains HRIS system KRONOS
  • Keeping all government reporting up to date at all locations
  • Handles all employee relations issues in accordance to our company policy
  • Collaborates with our GM's and department managers on employee investigations
  • Maintains best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources
    Education and Experience:
    
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
    • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred
