Position Description:
**Position Summary** :
The Reyes Holdings IT Project Manager, Infrastructure & Applications reports to the Manager, Project Delivery and is responsible for leading Reyes Holdings IT teams to deliver projects that span across infrastructure and applications initiatives. This is a technical Project Manager role that must have hands on experience with Infrastructure engineering and operations as a primary capability. The successful candidate will be proficient at develop project plans, estimating project schedule and costs, directly manage teams and leading matrixed resources to deliver the solutions and services on schedule and within the specified budgets and constraints. The project manager must also have an understanding of organizational change management fundamentals required for effective operations.
**Position responsibilities may include, but not limited to:**
+ Manage a portfolio of complex projects and initiatives that span one or multiple business units, across infrastructure technologies and enterprise applications
+ Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, responsibilities and project milestones
+ Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
+ Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to estimation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously, delivered successfully with operational readiness and change management
+ Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
+ Prepare schedules, estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project
+ Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
+ Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and leads the project management team meetings
+ Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork and innovation
+ Participate in continuous improvement of practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships
+ Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
+ Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how the IT solutions will address business goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
+ Ensure that project decisions are aligned with ITs strategic direction and architectural roadmaps at all times
+ Understand project technical requirements and solutions to manage scope and project effectively
+ Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
+ Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders
+ Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
+ Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
+ Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders
+ Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
+ Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team
+ Any other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
**Required skills and experience:**
+ Bachelors degree required
+ 5-7+ years experience in IT project management, especially larger IT projects with established firms, including 3+ years managing infrastructure projects and application projects
+ PMP certification or equivalent experience required
+ Hands on infrastructure engineering experience
+ Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques
+ Proven leadership skills
+ Expertise in conflict resolution
+ Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
+ Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to MS Project, PPM solution, Daptiv, JIRA, MS Excel
**Preferred Skills and Experience**
+ Engineering, operations or project experience with MS Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
+ Engineering, operations or project experience with MS Office 365 collaboration platform and related products
+ Managing Infrastructure projects
+ Infrastructure Operations and Application Development
+ Masters Degree
