Come be part of something special at CJ Logistics America!Position Overview:Successful candidates for this role will be knowledgeable of CJL's systems and network, self-directed, and motivated to drive change and solutions based on customer needs.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn the customer's business: their goals, strategies, organization, products, and supply chain for the purpose of continually developing supply chain strategies that support and enable it
  • Develop a deep understanding of all commercial arrangements with assigned customers
  • Build a strong relationship with assigned customer teams at all levels, across all relevant functions (Operations, Quality, Customer Service, Sales, Product/Brand Management)
  • Lead the identification, valuation, proposal, and mobilization of customer and CJL resources around renewal/growth opportunities; assume full ownership of the RFP and sales process (pricing proposal process) for any new growth and contract renewal opportunities
  • Coordinate with CJL executive owner in planning, preparation, and communication of strategic partnership updates and events, (e.g. QBRs); this includes generation of KPI metrics, reports, and presentation materials required to support strategy and operational performance discussions.
  • Manage projects that support the CJL Operations team; create and manage action registers to ensure project accomplishment
  • Coordinate with SP team on various initiatives such as the Customer Intranet, Partners Summit, and other customer-related activities
  • Additional duties as assignedRequirements and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Logistics
    • Have 8+ years of experience in health care supply chain, operations, or distribution.
    • Demonstrated proficiency and 5+ years of success in relating product and/or service solutions to health care challenges, trends, and reforms
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and establish credibility with customer management at multiple levels in discussions to explore, understand and document their goals, priorities, and challenges (voice of the customer)
    • Demonstrated proficiency and 5+ years successful track record in utilizing strategic/solution selling skills to navigate complex, long lead time sales cycles to grow existing business Pay, Benefits and More:
