Each day will be different as you work alongside with others and solo to assist your clients in their IT needs.IT - Systems Operations OwnerDescription:As a Systems Operations Owner, your overall duties will be to own all aspects of numerous internal systems that keep our business operating effectively. You will have a central role in the IT department where you will be expected to balance user requests for prioritization and system integrations stability. You will also work closely with project managers to ensure planned changes to the technology environment will work efficiently with your systems.You will be responsible for documenting system information, operational diagrams of systems, integrations maps, and establishing a partnership with core business stakeholders of systems.IT - Systems Operations OwnerResponsibilities:Develop Digital Solutions to define Factory of the Future initiativeUnderstand and discuss SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Networks and DataPartner with manufacturing engineers to ensure a successful integration of technologyManage system integrations with machining cells using SQLManage DNC(Direct Numeral Control) and other related systems while guiding new solutions to end of projectsIT - Systems Operations OwnerRequirements:Ability to see the big picture and translate big picture goals into realistic and obtainable requirements through Epics/User stories and deliverablesMust be able to communicate technical details and information effectively in laymen terms to ensure business users understand the impactBe a creative problem solver while focusing on developing technology solutions for business challengesAbility to gain approval from business users and stakeholders on a plan to solve business issuesIntermediate understanding of hardware and infrastructure on multiple different platforms and product linesPrevious work experience with SQL, System Backups, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Virtualized EnvironmentPrevious experience working with DNCs(Direct Numeral controls)Familiarity ERPs, Digital Work Instructions, Planning/Scheduling SystemsHands on experience with Automations and integrationsExperience with EdgeCam and FactoryWiz, preferredBuild a rewarding long-term career with us at CFS-when we knock, doors open.Apply now!CFS Technology is a Chicagoland based, IT dedicated search practice.
