another exciting opportunity as an Employee Benefits Account
Manager with Crissie Insurance Group as an Acrisure Agency Partner.
This position is at the forefront of the daily service we provide
to our clients and is critical to achieving exceptional client
service. The Employee Benefits Account Manager performs a wide
variety of administrative and client service functions to benefits
clients and is charged with becoming a liaison between clients and
carriers/vendors while partnering with Producers to anticipate and
meet client needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately
manage client accounts and ensure all deadlines are metPartner with
Producer to develop effective new and renewal marketing strategies
and creating RFP's and any necessary following up. Partner with
client advocate to obtain new or updated client information Partner
with Producer to negotiate terms and determine plans that will be
included in new and renewal proposals Prepare new and renewal
proposals, obtain necessary documents, and communicate with client
and carriers to finalize renewals. Obtain carrier approval, share
approval with client and cancel old plans if necessary. Send SBC's
and EOC's to clientsPartner with client advocate to create or
update employee communications and create or update client benefit
portal (when applicable) Work with clients to deliver new employee
benefits orientationEffectively partner with and utilize client
advocate(s) and/or direct carrier site access to service day to day
administrative and service needs of clients and their
employeesEnsure Agency Management System and document management
system are current.Travel or visit insurance companies and/or
clients, when necessaryMaintain confidentiality of client and
company informationBe able to take a lead from quotation to
salePerform other duties as assigned appropriate for the

possess a High School Diploma or the recognized equivalentActive
Life & Health License, requiredMinimum of 3 years of progressive
Employee Benefits insurance - Brokerage experience,
preferredMedicare Part D Certification and/or willingness to
obtain, strongly preferredMarketplace Certification and/or
willingness to obtainExperience with Large Group Account Support a
desirableComputer / Technology Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to quickly learn
and utilize other computer applicationsKnowledge of Agency
Management Systems, AMS360 preferredAbility to effectively navigate
carrier websitesExperience with Zywave is beneficialOther
Qualifications:Strong organizational and time management
skillsExtremely accurate and detail orientedExcellent and
professional oral and written communication skillsDesire to work in
partnership with Producers to grow a book of businessStrong
knowledge of insurance products and coverageAbility to carry out
complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables Strong
ability to remain calm under pressureAbility to develop meaningful
relationships with insurance carriers and with fellow
