Responsibilities:This role will primarily support implementation and on-going maintenance of functional capabilities for Hyperion EPM, including Hyperion Financial Management and other Financial Systems tools. The individual, working with SI, IT and managed services provider, will drive various work streams including requirements, design, UAT, training, documentation and change management. The individual will also be responsible for technical & application support working with business users, IT and hosting partners, including working with global business, finance, and accounting user group.Specific Job Function:Oversee system administration, design, maintenance, and data loads for Hyperion in support of the monthly close processes, including monthly metadata updates and changesGovernance of Test and Production environments; review and provide approvals to promote changes in HFM and communicate updates across downstream applicationsContinuously evaluate system performance and functionality and develop & implement improvement opportunities to increase effectivenessMaintain documentation of system internal controls & compliance in accordance with corporate security policyParticipate in a variety of financial analysis and special projectsOversee training and support for Hyperion system usersExperience with Hyperion Smart View, Hyperion Financial Reports, FDMEE and Shared ServicesContribute and delegate system maintenance, testing & training standards in collaboration with managed services providerDevelop procedures to perform consolidation processes throughout the close process including running translations, inter-company reporting and eliminations processesDevelop and oversee Hyperion security in compliance with audit requirementsDevelop, write and maintain Hyperion reportsMaintain operational, configuration, or other proceduresAdvise, support, and integrate new acquisitions into existing chart of accountsDrive and monitor SOC1 related audit compliance proceduresOversee updates and maintenance of mappings in FDMEE/Data ManagementWork with Hyperion end users and support teams to create and maintain data load templatesWork closely with Accounting team counterparts to assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly close processes
