Responsibilities Financial oversight and accountability for
Honeywell UPT's equipment business ($700-$800M) Full accountability
for delivering quarterly income and cash generation targets Lead a
team of -3-4 finance employees, along w/respective matrixed
reports' Drive forecast meetings with business leaders to prepare a
realistic, fact-based outlook for the month, quarter, and year
Prepare Annual Operating Plan for the equipment business and
provide key data for long-range planning (STRAP) activities Work
directly with equipment business leaders to provide sound financial
models for new projects and validate expected financial
performance, margins, cash flow, and other key metrics Manage
financial performance and key working capital metrics on a
monthly/quarterly basis Provide detailed analyses and bridges to
show actual results vs forecast, AOP, and PY YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 7+ years of experience
in Finance or Accounting WE VALUE FP&A and P&L experience
within a business while managing direct reports Knowledge of ASC606
and how to recognize revenue based upon contracts and percentage of
completion MBA or CPA preferred Strong technical knowledge of
financial systems including SAP, Hyperion, and Salesforce Strong
communication skills with the ability to manage and influence
upward Cost accounting and percentage of completion experience
Self-motivated, driving business initiatives Demonstrates ability
to deliver on complex situations Conveys information with clarity
