    • Amazing close knit team atmosphere RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCE MANAGER
      • Assist with month end close, quarterly close and year end close
      • Reports into CFO
      • Financial planning and analysis, treasury, consolidation reporting, financial control accounting
      • Also working with tax, AP, AR
      • Oversee BPC reporting
      • Oversee AP and AR department
      • Assist in preparation of key internal monthly financial reports
      • Help with Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
      • Manage internal audit and coordinate the external audit and external financial reporting
      • Partner with various business units and leadership to provide guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets.
      • Identify opportunities to streamline work and improve processes to drive effective data analytics and provide recommendations that will enable quality performance management discussions and better decision-making.
      • Support the monthly close consolidation process by preparing variance analysis and reporting of results for multiple business units
      • Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline work processes by working cooperatively
      • Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as requested
        • Manages small team of 5 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
          • 5+ years progressive finance/accounting experience
          • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
          • Proficient in Excel and technical skills
          • MBA or CPA preferred
          • Manufacturing experience is preferred
          • Strong verbal and written communication skills
