C&L Supreme is looking for a quality manager to run the quality department. This position will be in charge of all quality aspects. In charge of the QMS and maintaining the ISO certification for the company. We offer vacation, 401k, health and dental insurance available. The company is looking for the following:

• Working knowledge of manufacturing quality systems, ISO regulatory requirements and other related quality standards. Must be proficient in the use of all measuring equipment such as calipers, gauges, CMM, Romer, etc. Understanding of gage R&R practices and the ability to interpret results. Strong data recording ability, analysis skills, computer skills and Statistical Process Control methods. Must be able to work from complex blueprints, schematics, inspection specifications, and verbal or written instructions.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in a QC Inspector role in a manufacturing environment. Two (2) years Quality process auditing experience. Ability to read and interpret charts, graphs, technical procedures, blueprints and engineering drawings with close attention to detail. Experience determining methods of inspection to be used, makes complex set-ups, and perform first article inspection. Demonstrated leadership and ability to analyze and solve problems typical of manufacturing processes, assemblies, and parts (SPC, 5Whys, 8D, Poka Yoke, fishbone diagrams, benefit vs. cost analysis, Kaizen events, process map, etc). Must effectively communicate (verbal and written) and work with others.
• Assist in training associates as necessary to include all areas (approaches in process/product improvement, finished/unfinished product inspections, calibration, and other areas as required).
