join Honeywell Sustainable Technology Solutions during this

primary customer interface responsible for the development of new
business and new relationships in pursuit of growth for Honeywell.
The role disseminates key messages, initiatives, and information on
the value Honeywell brings to assigned customers, opportunities,
and solutions.Use your knowledge of customers, the industry and
competition to identify and pursue opportunities for growth for
Honeywell's renewable fuels business. You will develop the strategy
to gain new customers and to identify opportunities at our existing
customer base to introduce new ways to process renewable feedstocks
to build a robust sales pipeline. You will partner closely with
various functions of Honeywell and industry to create a roadmap to
a reduced dependence of fossil fuels for refiners and petrochemical
customers.As a key member of the business development team you will
use your commercial experience and technical knowledge to further
develop the market of converting renewable-based feeds into
saleable fuels and petrochemical feedstocks. You will develop
appropriate market stakeholder relationships including Refineries,
Petrochemical producers, independent producers, and EPCs to
successfully position Honeywell solutions. Moreover, you will act
as a business partner with potential customers, establishing
relationships & maximizing the business potential for both parties
while driving new business to closure. At Honeywell, we want you to

Responsibilities--- Calling at all levels, including senior levels,
of target customer organizations; engaging early with customers
that are seeking renewable feedstock process solutions--- Lead
sales teams, including account managers, sales support engineers,
business leaders, and technology specialists, with prime focus in
the Americas, to develop, drive, and close new business
opportunities--- Acts as an advisor/consultant to understand
customers' unmet needs--- Be able to hold deep technical and market
discussions with end users regarding renewable fuels---
Continuously identify new sales opportunities and focus on
providing consultative support by building customer-specific value
propositions for solutions--- Manage and build customer contacts,
serving as Honeywell's ambassador in the marketplace. Act as focal
point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans,
proposal strategies, and contract negotiations.--- Be responsible
for motivating others; providing strategic vision for growth in
this developing space while driving self and others for positive
business results for Honeywell and the customer--- Support internal
and external customer teams by offering market & competitive
insights that contribute to the continuous improvement of our
offerings and help us develop compelling value propositions---
Negotiate and close transactions--- Exhibit relentless drive to
excel in all aspects (be it internal reporting or shaping sharp
well thought out proposals/pitches to customers)--- Participate in
conferences, fairs, industry events, meetings and carry out
networking--- Write blogs and white papers to educate industry on
renewable fuels and the solutions that Honeywell can offerYou Must
Have--- Bachelor's degree--- Minimum 5 years of business
development experienceWe Value--- Hydroprocessing technology
experience--- Experience in Business Development with a hunter's
attitude--- Broad knowledge of refining process and renewable
feedstock processing--- Financial awareness of the levers that can
be applied to make projects feasible--- Ability to communicate
efficiently, with a high level of interpersonal skills, ability to
present to audiences--- Fast thinking and the ability to process &
connect disparate data to create a well-articulated pitch---
Experience navigating complex sales cycles and negotiations---
Customer obsession is a must--- Excellent storytelling skills, the
ability to take ownership and simplify problems and is curious to
learn--- Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term
strategic and executive relationships--- Ambitious, self-motivated,
hardworking, results orientated, problem solver with a positive
outlook and a clear focus on driving profit--- Cross selling and
consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both
client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach---
Willingness for extensive travel in the region (> 20 %)
