The Honeywell Program Manager oversees demandresponse and energy efficiency utility programs. Our team members work in adynamic fast paced environment and are supportive, proactive, and committed toachieving team goals. Successful candidate will be required to pass a companybackground check and a separate client required background prior to the startdate.

Key Responsibilities

--- Oversee the program implementation of specific energyefficiency products
--- Achieve program goals tied directly to customer enrollmentsand energy savings
--- Supervise office and field teams located across theclient's service territories
--- Overall financial profit & loss responsibility
--- Analyze data to drive improvements that deliver measurableresults.
--- Manage client expectations and day to daycommunications
--- Deliver standard reports accurately and on-time
--- Manage with internal teams, customers, and contractors toresolve customer and rebate issues
--- Be coachable to become an expert in specific fields in energyefficiency as required by our utility projects
--- Be able to perform performance reviews and develop internalstaff
--- Develop and maintain positive customer relations;coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure requests arehandled appropriately and in a timely manner
--- Follow work safety procedures while working in and aroundcustomer homes.
--- Organize and document daily activity for communication toprogram management.
--- Control field related costs such as phone use, mileage, andtime
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision isessential
--- Participate in meetings and conference calls as required
--- Ability to occasionally work outside of traditional hours,including evenings and weekends as needed

YOU MUST HAVE

--- Bachelor's degree
--- 3+ years of program management experience
--- Valid Driver's License

WE VALUE

--- Strong background in Energy Efficiency and/orDemand Response
--- Experience managing financial budgets and/oraccounting tasks
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
--- Ability to work independently with minimaldirection
--- Ability to interact effectively with tradeallies and key customer decision-makers
--- Excellent communication skills
--- Strong attention to detail and projectmanagement skills
