strategic media plans across a variety of mediums with agencies of
record, identify and recommend media outlets that fit the target
audienceProvide expert knowledge and management on both the media
landscape and sharing information and recommendations on
multi-channel marketing programsCo-manage agency partners, building
long term relationships and ensure flawless executionManage
development, generation, distribution, and analysis of paid media
tactics & approval reporting requirements and
metricACCOUNTABILITIESLead the management of paid media campaigns,
track advertising performance and make recommendations of changes
or new plans to achieve business growth in the most cost-effective
fashion. Co-manage day-to-day agency partners and proactively
interface with account leadership to coordinate, communicate and
optimize the impact of marketing activitiesExecute full funnel
digital media plans for US BioLife Centers thereby generating new
profiles that lead to new donors who ultimately impact key business
KPIs including cost per liter, Ig content, and volume
collectedInterface with Field Marketing Reps, Brand, Corporate
Communications, HR, Digital Experience Team, Promotions team and
Agency partners to build digital media briefs, execute strategic
campaign plans, and to identify and deliver new solutions in a
collaborative fashion Liaise and collaborate with domestic and
international teams to ensure paid media buys are coordinated,
integrated and alignedManage cross-channel media buys, analyzing
performance for real-time optimizationDrive SEO/SEM strategies and
opportunities contribute to any content strategy initiatives,
including providing insights into UX and digital best practices.
Liaise with Digital Experience Lead and web development team to
implement technical SEO best practicesUse web analytics data from
several sources to evaluate traffic building initiatives'
effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements in
content, user experience, and conversionMonitor and optimize
keywords on an ongoing basis to drive conversions and hit business
level KPIs and goals, delivering a strong ROIDIMENSIONS AND

approval processKnowledge of digital marketing, channels and
platformsProject management experienceSystem management or
implementation experienceExperience in problem solving, preferably
technical issues.Ability to influence others without
authorityPresentation and/or training skillsIntermedial excel
skills used in reporting analytics and creating
presentationsMulti-lingual: Spanish Speaking PreferredExcellent
