Become a #futureshaper!We have an opportunity for a--Sr Offering Manager for Green Hydrogen--to join Honeywell Sustainable Technology Solutions during an exciting time of growth for our business. This role will develop Honeywell's green hydrogen portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities. The space is growing very quickly and is a key growth area for Honeywell, so an agile approach in taking new ideas to reality is required.Key responsibilities:

• Complete market research and VOC to determine the competitive landscape and customer segmentation
• Oversee NPD activities, including JDAs, venture investments, and M&A opportunities, to deliver breakthrough technology and drive launch effectiveness in new offerings
• Find and execute on critical partnership relationships
• Develop value propositions, financial models, and pricing strategy for UOP's new offerings and business plans
• Drive business growth through go-to-market plans including customer marketing elements and discovering new opportunities and customersYou must have:
  • Bachelor's degree, engineering preferred
  • 10 years related work experience, preferably in offering management/product managementWe value:
    • MBA preferred
    • Experience building a business case and demonstrated ability to effectively launch new technology offerings in the marketplace
    • Experience in driving inorganic growth (partnerships, M&A, venture investments)
    • Experience in gas processing and hydrogen technologies (PSA, membranes, solvents, adsorbents, and cryogenics) and familiarity with electrolyzer technology (alkaline, PEM, AEM, SOEC, and balance of plant technologies)Additional Information
