position primarily consist of 85% to 90% Commercial Services and
10% to 15% U.S. Government PropertyDuties and
Responsibilities:Commercial:* Must have knowledge of SAP
functionally.* Knowledge and ability to create various
requisitions* Coordination of Purchase Orders to Honeywell UOP and
proper tracking/payment for annual invoices* Site Invoices consist
of H S&E, Site Administrative, Site Facilities, consisting of
Site Overhead, OH01 - Building Services, OH02 - Shop SuppliesOH03-
General construction, OH04 - Equipment repair, OH05 - Chemical
Evaluation.* Request quarterly invoices from Honeywell UOP, review
and obtain approval from Honeywell Site leadership.* Submit
requisition for site annual Scale calibration (January)* Submit
email for UOP Project numbers as needed.* Coordinate with Des
Plaines Honeywell Aerospace Engineer with appropriate charge number
for use with UOP* Create requisitions for Aerospace, ensure proper
charge number and amount of funding available and in place* Request
copy of quarterly project charges from UOP* Review for accuracy and
process invoices as required per project* Review available funding
and pay invoices, additional funding may be required and tracking*
Process requisitions submitted by Des Plaines engineers, track and
enter as good received* Submit work orders to UOP as requested by
Des Plaines engineers via SAP (must be knowledgeable with client
300)* Ship samples / Equipment as requested completed all required
documentation* Maintain Honeywell owned material inventory*
Coordinate movement of equipment to and from storage warehouse and
to various locations on site* Deliver all equipment / supplies as
received to labs* Process request for equipment calibration* May
coordinate with Department Records Coordinators with adherence to
record retention and disposal schedules, ensure compliance with
procedures* Knowledge of ordering supplies and inventory
management* Retrieve Safety Data Sheet's from vendors and submit
request for Barcodes via UOP site, attached Barcodes as required*
Upload SDS's to shared drive* Update shared drive perform quarterly
chemical and cylinder inventory annually to UOP* Perform quarterly
equipment inventory update to shared drive* Administrative support
for PO (EBP), Ordering and Credit Card Report reconciliation and
recordation* Perform safety inspections and adhere to KBR Zero Harm
processesU.S. Government Property* Responsible for 1 or more of the
sites 10 Government Property functional outcomes.* Support various
Property Management Outcomes, including but not limited to:
Acquisition, Receipt, Receiving and Identification, Relief of
Stewardship, Records, Utilization, Physical Inventory, Maintenance,
Closeout and Subcontractor Control.* Maintains property
accountability records by physically tagging accountable property
and putting to record in Property and Equipment Database*
management System (AssetWorks eQuip/SAP)* This includes acquired
assets - analyze acquisition documentation to ensure all pertinent
data is available (SAP query, shipping documentation, etc.) to
accurately record required data fields, such as part number,
nomenclature, model, manufacturer, serial number, purchase order,
acquisition value, accountable department, contract code, property
type, user, location, etc. May also includes fabricated assets.*
Analyze, process, validate and input Tool Orders, Test Equipment
Delivery Notices, Tool Modifications and Test Equipment
Modifications* Update official records to reflect inventory,
movement and relief of stewardship through shipment, transfer,
loss, disposal through objective evidence obtained from incoming
and outgoing shipping documentation, authorized transfer documents
(DD1149, contract mod), excess property reports, Movement Logs,
Metrology Location Reports, etc* Coordinates property control
activities to ensure continual accountability of government,
associate contractor, and company property is in accordance with
applicable regulations and policies* Assesses anomalies deviating
from processes and procedures and provides recommendations for
corrective actions and resolutions to assure functional compliance*
Actively participates in internal Tier accountability boards and
the execution of corrective action plans* Coordinate monthly
program review status with Site Leader* Actively participates in
the Sites Property Coordinator/Custodian Committee* Support
internal and external property audits* Coordinate with various
functional groups for the disposal of surplus or obsolete material
and equipment* Adhere and perform to Organizational Goals and
receives general guidance on how to accomplish them* Ability to
obtain Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) within 6
months of hire date* Performs all other duties as assignedPreferred
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:* High School diploma and 8
years of directly related experience.* NPMA Certification Required
within first year of employment.* College Education Experience may
replace some years of experience.* Specific contract requirements
regarding education and experience will prevail.* Must be
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of Products, e.g.. Word,
Excel and Power Point* SAP/eQuip and Asset Tracking Database.KBR is
