Our 107,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries* Achieve Global Commercial AMD training goals: Drive improved global commercial execution through full life-cycle management of Abbott Molecular Division's commercial sales training strategy* New account start up training.* Develop and cultivate relationships with Scientific Affairs, Global Marketing, Sales Leaders and Frontline Sales people to develop training programs to grow the market globally. Through those relationships provide in depth training on the Molecular Division Products.* Take risks to create new and innovative training methods to support effective Abbott Molecular product launches (Infectious disease and Oncology) including continue education programs.* Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on commercial business-related concerns.* Implement existing and develop improved tactics for the on boarding of field based sales staff and execute strategies consistent with achieving Sales plan.* Travel domestically and/or internationally by any means necessary to support the CJRs. Virtual Training delivery when travel is not an option.* Design all AMD product training and sales development programs in collaboration with SMEs.* Provide comprehensive reports on all training and other pertinent department activity to assist executive management in strategic planning.* Senior Staff updates as needed.* Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.* Train employees to drive utilization for Abbott Molecular sales tools including scientific information, white papers, and deep understanding of product performance comparing to competitors products.* Develop and implement sales strategy training and Field Sales training programs.* Plan, schedule, and complete training projects in an aggressive manner consistent with division objectives.* Learning Management System administration including new account start up training, schedule product eLearning modules and global training user support.* Provide support in the development of Training SOPs and measurement metrics that will guarantee a first in class sales support team.* Proactively support company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures and FDA regulations.
