Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to
join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for the
electrical assembly, wiring, and integration of custom industrial
machinery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused,
and has hands-on experience working with industrial electrical
systems and control panels. Responsibilities Perform electrical
assembly of industrial machinery, including incoming power wiring.
Wire control panels, subpanels, and machine-mounted electrical
enclosures. Connect AC motors, servo motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors,
and operator interface devices. Run conduit between machines and
enclosures for electrical interconnections. Build and wire
electrical panels according to schematics and bills of materials.
Assemble and terminate connectors, including M12, Ethernet, and
serial cables. Route, bundle, and secure wiring neatly and
professionally. Perform light fabrication work such as drilling,
wire stripping, and crimping. Troubleshoot electrical issues during
assembly and testing. Read and interpret electrical schematics,
blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Maintain accurate red-line markups
on schematics for any manufacturing changes. Follow all safety
procedures, electrical codes, and company standards. Essential
Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Assembler,
Electrical Technician, or similar role in an industrial or
manufacturing environment. Experience wiring industrial electrical
systems, including 3-phase power (230V and 480V). Ability to read
and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Strong
attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to
troubleshoot and problem-solve electrical issues. Proficiency with
basic electrical hand tools, including cutters, strippers, crimping
tools, multimeter, and screwdrivers. Ability to work independently
and as part of a team. Standing, bending, lifting, and working
around industrial machinery are required. Work Environment The work
environment offers flexible 1st shift hours with core hours from 6

Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
