Job Description:
Position Title: Welder Fabricator Wage: $25-$30/hour Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator
in Mukwonago, WI to produce high-quality welded and fabricated
components. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works
with precision, and can follow detailed instructions to assemble

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Read and
interpret detailed blueprints and schematics for complex assemblies
- Cut, trim, and shape metal and other materials using hand and
power tools - Weld, solder, and braze components together
accurately - Align parts and secure them using bolts, screws, and
other fasteners - Collaborate with robotic equipment (cobots) to
assemble components - Identify and repair defective components in
finished products - Maintain quality standards and ensure safety
procedures are followed Welder Fabricator Requirements: - High
school diploma or GED - Strong mechanical aptitude and
problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with hand tools, power
tools, torches, and grinders - Ability to lift and move up to 50
pounds occasionally - Welding certification or related experience
preferred - Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship -
Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Comfortable
learning and operating collaborative robotic equipment
