Job Description This role involves the production of high-quality
cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell. The
position requires detailed assembly and operation of various
equipment and machinery according to documented procedures.
Responsibilities may include electronic assembly, casting/coating
functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging. Additionally, you
will be tasked with cleaning tools and equipment as per documented
procedures. Responsibilities Assemble medical devices and related
components, potentially using microscopes, hand tools, razor
blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and operating
various equipment. Perform routine assignments according to
specified and/or standardized procedures under close and continual
review. Conduct visual inspections and precision measurements on
components and assemblies. Perform tests on units using
computerized test equipment. Repair and correct devices/components
using microscopes and applicable tools. Package devices ensuring
all parts are accurate and documentation is complete. Maintain
accurate records to ensure travelers, shop floor paperwork, and
quality documents are accurate. Ensure all parts are traceable and
quality issues can be addressed to assure the quality of all
products. Essential Skills Ability to read, comprehend, and follow
English written procedures at a 6th-grade level. Good basic math
skills at a 6th-grade level. Proficiency in speaking, following
verbal instructions, and communicating effectively in English.
Understanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection
systems and computer software packages. Good dexterity to handle
and maneuver small components and parts. Ability to prioritize work
by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on
precedence and importance. Ability to make critical decisions and
judgments with minimal supervision. Skillful in using hand tools
such as screwdrivers, syringes, soldering, and razor blades.
Ability to use a microscope. Capability to use hands all day and
handle small parts smaller than a dime. Ability to follow all
compliance and quality specifications of the job. Additional Skills
& Qualifications Prior sewing experience. Experience with
catheters, medical cleaning, and work instructions. Why Work Here?

work environment is an ISO 8 cleanroom where candidates are
required to wear a lab coat, hairnet, gloves, and shoe covers. The
hours for the 1st shift are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and the 2nd shift
is from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract
to Hire position based out of WESTFIELD, IN. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
