Job Description:
Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesAs a
Principal R&D Engineering
Scientist in Renewable Fuels you will design and deliver large,
complex
portions of the technologies that power our solutions and products.
This role
will lead and support the development of new renewable processes
and catalyst
technologies that will provide sustainable technology solutions to
the energy
industry.----Key Responsibilities-Lead and drive projects to
deliver integrated solutions for upgrading feedstocks (e.g.,
biomass and FOGs) into valuable fuels and petrochemicals.-Enable
vision for conversion outcomes in future feedstock scenarios
through advanced system engineering methods including molecule
management.-Lead and consult on cross functional teams including
specialists from R&D, Engineering, Technical Service and
Manufacturing for the development of new solutions for the
conversion technology areas.-Develop and implement robust project
plans to meet technology delivery commitments on schedule and
within budget constraints.-Lead pilot plant experimentation and
drive model-based design of experiments (MBDOE) approach to bring
effectiveness and agility.-Build awareness of the market,
competition, and new developments.-- Contribute to technology
strategy development to build a strong pipeline of sustainable
solutions that will drive growth.-Interface with Research to
quickly and efficiently bring next-generation catalysts and
processes to market.--The annual base salary range for this
position is $191,000-$239,500 Please note that this salary
information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers

work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as

HAVE-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a
technical discipline such as chemical engineering or chemistry-10
years of experience in R&D environment with focus on process
and/or catalyst technologyWE VALUE-Industrial design talent-Ability
to lead, motivate, develop and mentor others-Kinetic
Modeling-Creativity-Significant experience in engineering or
related field-Experience with new product and technology
development in a highly regulated environment-Ability to analyze
and solve complex and challenging problems-Able to effectively
operate in a matrix organization-Experience working in global teams
across time zones-Track record of successful contribution to
