Description:**Position Summary:**The Sr. Network Engineer's role
within IT Service Delivery is to plan, design, build, install,
configure, manage, secure, document, and support the systems within
Data Center, Distribution Center, Public and Private Cloud
environments, providing resilient, and scalable IT Services to
support a fast-growing company. This role will be responsible for
developing, documenting, and implementing best practices and
standards aimed at optimizing the Network infrastructure within the
Reyes Holdings Data Centers, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle OCI Cloud
environments.The Sr. Network Engineer will provide technical
expertise, with ability to work on multiple projects and issues
simultaneously, focusing on operational excellence and continuous
improvement activities for Global IT Operations through ITIL based
IT Service Management processes and procedures. The successful
candidate must have excellent customer service, written, and verbal
communication skills, and must be able to work collaboratively
across multiple departments, business partners, and suppliers to
meet operational performance and reliability targets.This role is
critical in ensuring we collectively achieve our Reyes Holdings IT

Anytime._**Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited
to:**+ Provide end to end ownership and accountability for the
service delivery, maintenance, and support of the global LAN and
WAN network infrastructure of Reyes Holdings, and performance of
the managed service provider(s).+ Design, build, manage, optimize,
support, and maintain the Reyes Holdings global enterprise network
environment including, but not limited to: LAN/WAN Connectivity,
Wireless Network, Cloud Network, Routing, Switching, Load
Balancing, SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Cradlepoint, Meraki, Proxy, DNS,
DHCP, and IP Address Management.+ Based on industry-best standards,
develop and maintain technical standards and system configuration
documentation, physical and logical diagrams, knowledge base
articles, and runbooks for the proper transition of services to
external managed service providers.+ Build, maintain, and audit all
related documentation as it relates to policies, standards,
processes, procedures, topologies/diagrams, configuration,
training, service records, support contacts, disaster recovery, and
backup/recovery.+ Develop and execute automation playbooks to drive
"Software Defined Networking" through scripting (e.g., Python,
PowerShell, etc.) and other automation and orchestration tooling
such as Cisco DNA Center and Red Hat Ansible Tower and provide
knowledge transfer and training to teammates and other functional
areas.+ Responsible for software and hardware upgrades and EOL/EOS
refresh as part of life cycle management, including ongoing
security patching and vulnerability remediation according to
established policies and standards.+ Proactively and reactively
identify and remediate network performance issues and act as
escalation point to review and resolve technical issues through
completion, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.+
Provide Tier 3 technical expertise and support and act as
escalation point for the IT Service Center and Managed Service
Providers to review and resolve technical issues through
completion, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.+
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide operational support
as needed, which may include off hours.+ Adhere to and participate
in the current and future IT Service Management processes
including, but not limited to incident, problem, and change control
procedures.+ Other projects or duties as assigned.Position
Requirements:**Required Skills and Experience:**+ Bachelor's Degree
in any field and 4+ years working experience and proficiency with
planning, designing, supporting, maintaining, and administering
mission critical LAN, WAN, Network Security, and Wireless Network
Infrastructure such as Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco ACI, F5 Load
Balancers, as well as with Proxy, Routing, Switching, and WAN
connectivity OR High School Diploma AND 7+ years of on-the-job
experience in these areas in lieu of Bachelor's degree.+ Experience
with supporting technologies such as Infoblox, scripting, and/or
patching.+ Experience with supporting technologies and routing
protocols such as OSPF, BGP, IGRP, EIGRP, PBR.+ Knowledge of Layer
2 network concepts including spanning tree, VPC, and VLAN design
(example: Cisco Nexus/Catalyst switches).+ Experience with
technology such as: Wireless (WiFi) 802.11 a/b/g/n technologies,
Network security/VPN/SSL technologies, such as Cisco, Palo Alto,
Cisco Nexus platforms+ Knowledge of network architecture and
maintenance, such as log analysis, backup/recovery, high
availability, capacity planning, and DR/resiliency.+ Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.+ Strong technical support,
problem solving, and critical thinking skills.+ Ability to lead and
collaborate effectively across teams in a high performing and
matrixed team environment.+ Delivers solutions to standards and
architectures required to achieve resiliency, security, and
scalability through automation.+ Ability to navigate ambiguity,
change, and competing priorities to drive results in a
collaborative and efficient manner without sacrificing quality or
deviating from standards and procedures.+ Demonstrated commitment
to a high level of customer service with stakeholders.+ Must
possess a continuous improvement mindset with a demonstrated

travel within continental U.S. as needed, up to 5%.+ This position
must pass a post-offer background and drug test.**Preferred Skills
and Experience:**+ Prior experience working with a managed service
provider.+ Proficiency or working knowledge of Cyber Security
frameworks and methodology such as CIS Benchmarks and/or NIST.+
Proficiency in Internet/Intranet technologies including security
features.+ Working knowledge of setting up networks and network
security within Microsoft cloud platforms.+ Working knowledge of
supporting technologies and protocols such as DNS/DHCP/IPAM (such
as Infoblox), Load Balancing (F5), scripting, and/or patching.+
Knowledge of network architecture and maintenance, such as log
analysis, backup/recovery, high availability, and DR/resiliency.+
Knowledge of scripting in PowerShell or Python.+ Experience with
scripting in PowerShell or Python.+ Working knowledge of WAN
technologies including but not limited to MPLS, DMVPN, IPSEC and
SDWAN.+ Knowledge of Cisco ACI and VXLan and SD-WAN networking.+
Proficiency or working knowledge managing and supporting public
cloud environments such as: Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle OCI.+
Proficiency or working knowledge of Infrastructure Automation tools
such as DNA Center and/or Red Hat Ansible Tower.+ Knowledge
managing and supporting public cloud environments such as:
Microsoft Azure, Oracle OCI and/or Amazon AWS.+ Knowledge of
Network Automation tools such as Red Hat Ansible or Cisco DNA
Center.+ Knowledge of SIEM systems and procedures.+ Knowledge of
Security features of load balancing technologies.+ Certifications
