Experienced Automotive Shop Dispatcher Bridgeview, IL Join a
High-Performing, Customer-Focused Team! Advantage Chevrolet of
Bridgeview is searching for a dependable and Experienced Automotive
Dispatcher to become a part of our fast-paced service department.
If you are well-organized, excel under pressure, and possess a
solid understanding of automotive repair workflows, we want to hear
from you! Key Responsibilities: Efficiently assign repair orders to
technicians based on skill level and availability. Maintain a
balanced workload and maximize technician productivity throughout
the day. Monitor progress of repairs and ensure services are
completed in a timely manner. Collaborate with service advisors to
prioritize work and manage customer expectations. Communicate
clearly and consistently with the entire service team.
Qualifications: Preferred 2 years of experience as an automotive
dispatcher. Solid understanding of dealership service operations.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. Excellent
communication and organizational skills. Xtime experience is a
