Job Description Job Description Hiring Commercial HVAC Service Technicians We’re looking for Commercial HVAC Service Technicians who love helping people and solving problems. You’ll be customer facing out in commercial environments. Your Mission Diagnose and fix HVAC issues Perform routine service and preventative maintenance. Install and upgrade components with care and precision. Explain repairs and options in plain language. Follow safety codes and document your work. Your Toolkit Proven HVAC experience in residential homes. EPA certification and strong mechanical skills. Independence, reliability, and great customer service. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Plus To Have Smart thermostat and mini-split experience NATE certification What to Expect In-home service calls with real people Fast-paced, hands-on work Occasional emergency or after-hours calls Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carol Stream, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
