Job Description Job Description Integrity Trade services is currently hiring for a 1st shift Machine Operator/Helper at our client in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Recent High School Graduates Encouraged To Apply! Steel Toe shoes required Hours: 1st shift- 6:00AM –2:00PM Pay rate - $18/hr based on experience Job description: Train on learning how to operate a Die-Cut machine. Assist on other machines by loading product. Deburring parts. Operate various hand tools. Examine surfaces for defects and perform necessary corrections Follow all safety, quality, sanitation, and housekeeping standards. Qualifications: Great Attitude: Willingness to learn and help the team with what ever is necessary! Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with team members. Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic. Reasoning Ability: Capable of understanding and carrying out instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve problems. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave 401(k) with company match for eligible employees. Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work. The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.
