Representative (TRR), is a professional, demanding and highly
accountable role in a logistics management environment. CN is
looking for a self-motivated, organized professional who is driven
to deliver top service to our team. Working to provide the accurate
and timely reporting of train and railcar movements, the TRR
ensures that CN meets the needs of our customers by providing
essential data that allows both customers and internal stakeholders
to make informed decisions about how to manage their railcar
inventory. CN provides paid training that will give TRRs all the
skills required to succeed. The TRR needs to be highly organized so
they can effectively plan and prioritize their workload. They will
also be able to assimilate information from a variety of sources
and then take quick action to ensure CN's train reporting needs are
met. They will take ownership of identifying reporting violations
and escalating them so that appropriate steps can be taken to find
long term resolutions. The TRR is the first line of communication
with our Operational counterparts and are accountable to protect
and ensure appropriate communication regarding our customer's
service experience. The TRR is required to interact closely and
effectively with fellow members of the Service Delivery team and
other internal CN stakeholders and work to develop productive
relationships with them. They will work to protect the Service
Delivery and CN brands. Critical Performance Areas--- - Using a
variety of sophisticated computer systems, often simultaneously,
the TRR works to provide accurate and timely reporting of train or
railcar movements --- - The TRR provides work orders and movement
instructions for train crews and other Operational personnel and
prepares information for other ancillary tasks--- - The TRR is
responsible to work with Service Delivery to protect service, as
required--- - The TRR will communicate with internal parties
regarding reporting issues, service exceptions and special
requests. Update various logs, forms or systems as required. --- -
Other duties and tasks as assignedWorking Conditions--- - This role
has standard working conditions in an office environment. Schedules
will require shift work: day shift, afternoon shift, night shift,
overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays on rotation. This includes
working on an on-call schedule at times. Shift assignments are
based on seniority. --- - Teamwork oriented with an emphasis on
empowering TRRs to be proactive and forward thinking, display
ownership of tasks and tenacity when working towards issue
resolution--- - Fast paced and demanding with many time
constraints, simultaneous activities and high accountability to
internal stakeholders--- - Periods of prolonged sitting and/or
standing at standing desk, typing, and looking at multiple computer
monitors. Some physical exertion may be required.Employment
Requirements--- - Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional or
customer-orientated environment--- - High school diploma or
equivalent--- - Excellent verbal communication, reading
comprehension, and writing skills in English--- - Strong typing
skills and accuracy including previous experience working with
Microsoft Office tools or other related software --- - Strong
knowledge of navigating through operating systems, email, and
internet proficiency --- - Highly organized and proactive with a
strong sense of urgency --- - Display ethical behavior and strict
adherence to courtesy, honesty, and responsibility--- - Proven
ability to analyze data, identify trends and effectively
communicate findings to increase reporting accuracy, timeliness and
other procedural efficiencies--- - Good working knowledge of North

This is an excellent gateway position to grow and network across
the Railway network, while working in a professional team-oriented
and supportive office environment. TrainingOnce onboarded, our new
TRR hires complete classroom training with our leaders covering
CN's rules, policies, procedures and safety measures. TRRs are
provided with in-depth training on our tools and systems to be
successful in their role. This is followed by a 6-week on-the-job
practical training. During your first 3-months, you will have
rotating 1:1 mentorship and training with the team to provide
