Join our team today and help us build a better tomorrow, together.SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALISTAs the Social Media Specialist, you will work with the Associate Digital Content Manager to focus on generating, curating and publishing content every day across our brands.Responsibilities:Partner with Associate Digital Content Manager to develop and grow our social media presence across current and new platforms.Create videos, posts, editorial/content for social media platforms that builds meaningful and unique connections and encourages food and beverage community members to take action.Copywrite creative, concise content for various mediums that reflect each of our brands' tone and voice.Collaborate with teams across the marketing department - creative, copywriting, digital among others - to build a best-in-class strategy.Track and analyze social KPIs and provide weekly/monthly insights that tailor future strategy.Determine what online marketing program will work best for our customers & prospects and push them to make the right steps moving forward.Conduct accurate keyword analysis and ensure copy/keyword best practices.Evaluate key metrics and, in turn, implement strategies that will improve client Smartboards conversions.Write compelling copy as needed to support the execution of marketing campaigns.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications, Skills & AbilitiesBachelor's degree with concentration in Digital Marketing preferred.1+ years of work experience in B2B Food & Beverage Marketing.Strong problem solving, critical thinking, creative and analytical skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship building.Strong verbal & written communication skills.Highly motivated and intellectually curious to lean.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and easily flex with changing priorities and working across a matrixed organization.Batory Foods in an equal opportunity employer which considers all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status or any other characteristic protected by law.
