Title:Marketing Assistant-Japanese bilingual Location:Rosemont, IL -Remote in the Chicagoland areaReportsto: General ManagerFLSAStatus: ExemptRegularWork hour: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)We are looking for a Japanese bilingual Marketing Assistant, creative and detailed marketing professionals, for the below positions. You will be working closely with the Sales department and Japan HQ.This position is remote, but you must live in the Chicagoland area. Responsibilities:

• Research information through the Internet, news, documents, and other media
• Creating and analyzing graphs (EXCEL, PPT) based on the information and data obtained
• Creation of presentation materials (PPT) to convey such information in an easy-to-understand manner
• Design of presentation materials (PPT) to visualize new business and M&A projects in an easy-to-understand manner
• Creation of internal reports and reports in document format (WORD)
• Translation (Japanese to English, English to Japanese)
• General administration workQualifications:
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in both languages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
