Position OverviewThe Lead Reporting Analyst will be responsible for delivering performance oriented Dashboards, Reports and Analytics solutions as part of our growing Business Intelligence organization. This position will have a broad set of analytics, database and data warehouse development skills coupled with extensive hands-on architecture and development experience in technologies like Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau or Power BI. This position plays a leading role in the architecture, delivery, maintenance and long-term growth of an emerging and innovative analytics capability. -Responsibilities - - - Engage with Customer and Operations teams to understand requirements and develop scope of - deliverables - - - Provide technical and functional systems expertise that communicates well with end users and application developers - - - - - -Translate the business requirements into technical requirements and create related documentationIdentify and resolve gaps with technical designs or process changes - - - - - Solid understanding of Business Analytics tools, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Data Warehouse (DW), Data Modelling concepts and SQL/PLSQL - - - -Extensive, hands-on, end to end development and deployment experience of reporting solutions including data visualizations, dashboards, reports and repository development - - - - In partnership with Business leaders and others, identify and validate enterprise, operational, and customer KPIs, Metrics, and analytic models - - - - -Strategize and plan technical design for complex BI/Reporting solutions and socialize them with the business stakeholders, product owner and other technical groups - - - - - -Analyze, tune and optimize dashboards, reports, database stored procedures & SQL scripts to ensure peak performance - - - - - Lead iterative reporting, dashboard, and analytic requirements gathering while prototyping and piloting new Business Analytics capabilities and technologies - - - -Analyze data across multiple sources to design and document logical and physical data models, and assist with maintaining the Enterprise Data Warehouse Data Model - - - - -Manage the Business Analytics testing and UAT processes - - - - -Review and improve existing systems and collaborate with teams to integrate new systems - - - - -Conduct unit tests, develop database queries to analyze effects and troubleshoot issuesQualifications - - - - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering logistics or supply chain management or other related field - - - - -At least 10 years of experience designing, developing, implementing reports and dashboards in Oracle - - - - - -Analytics Cloud, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI or similar Analytical tools - - - - -At least 5 years hands-on full life cycle software development experience (preferably data analytics and reporting related ) - - - - -Strongly preferred to have 3+ years hands-on end-to-end implementation experience using OAC/OBIEE for data visualizations, reports authoring, dashboard development, data querying - - - - -Strongly preferred to have experience using OAC to create queries, format views, charts, and add user interactivity and dynamic content to enhance the user experience - - - - -Strongly preferred to have experience designing customized interactive dashboards and reports in OBIEE/OAC using drill down, dimensional hierarchies, aggregation, guided navigation, prompts, filters, and variables - - - - -Experience configuring security (Authentication and Authorization - Object level and Data level security) , identity federation, and single sign-on - - - - - - -Highly analytical and strong critical thinker - - - - -Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, attention to details and multi-tasking abilitiesWe offer a market competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) match and tuition reimbursement.CJ Logistics America About Statement:CJ Logistics America delivers integrated and multimodal logistics services, connecting every corner of the world via air, sea and land.
