The Patient Access Sr. Specialist plans, develops, executes and monitors all aspects of our company's Patient Access Strategy in the U.S. Market. Patient Access includes, but is not limited to: development and deployment of coupon and voucher programs, government compliance, vendor relationship management, consumer data analytics and innovation and improvement of the patient experience. The Sr. Specialist is responsible for partnering with brand teams to develop and execute their individualized patient access strategy. In this role, the Sr. Specialist will utilize current data and market trends to help the brand team design a coupon and voucher strategy and then fosters the program through the appropriate legal and compliance reviews. The Sr. Specialist is also responsible for the roll-out of this capability through all channels (i.e. Field Sales & Consumer Websites). The Sr. Specialist also manages the relationship with our coupon and voucher vendor. The candidate will manage logistics, approvals and compliance of the co-development of resources. The Sr. Specialist will also hold the vendor accountable to timelines and accurate reporting on the performance of all aspects of patient access programs. In addition to vendor management, the role will also be responsible for a wide range of projects that require cross functional collaboration and interaction with multiple PRT and Compliance. The successful candidate will develop an in-depth understanding of the marketing strategy for the brands they support and a high-degree of leadership with a strong sense of urgency, credibility and confidence. Key stakeholders are but not limited to: Marketing; Sales Leadership, Commercial Legal and Compliance. This opening is location agnostic. Position Qualifications: Education Minimum Requirement: Required: BS/BA Required Experience and Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication as well as strong presentation skills and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders, understand business strategy and line up a strategic patient access plan to achieve business goals. Demonstrated strategic/critical thinking, self-motivated, and able to lead in ambiguous spaces without authority. Strong collaboration, independent resourcefulness, project management and organizational skills An ability to act with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines. Strong digital tool/channel proficiency as well as detailed knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience and Skills: ZINC/PRT Experience Experience in Sales, Sales Operations or related functions in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related industries.
