Job Description Job Description Hiring: Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Naperville, IL) Join a boutique law firm seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in financial analysis, and able to manage complex casework in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, and other court documents Coordinate attorney calendars, scheduling, deadlines, and court appearances Manage document discovery and organize production of financial data Work directly with clients to gather case information and financial records Review and analyze financial statements, income documentation, and expense records Draft and update financial affidavits and breakdowns Assist in litigation support, trial preparation, and client file management Prepare spreadsheets and financial calculations for support and asset division Draft correspondence and routine legal documents Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a family law paralegal or legal assistant Strong understanding of financial affidavits, income analysis, and account reviews Proficiency in Excel and financial data management Discovery and litigation support experience Excellent organizational, communication, and client interaction skills Clio experience is a plus Compensation : $55,000–$85,000 DOE performance-based bonus.
