Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance Manager, M&A to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's M&A strategy, aligning with overall business objectives and growth targets.
  
• Lead and participate in financial due diligence efforts, conducting thorough analysis of target companies' financial statements, operations, market positioning, and risks. Identify potential synergies, opportunities, and challenges.
  
• Develop complex financial models to evaluate potential M&A transactions, including valuation, scenario analysis, and pro forma financial statements.
  
• Perform valuation assessments using various methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and precedent transactions to determine the fair value of potential acquisition targets.
  
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and business development teams to structure M&A transactions in alignment with the company's strategic goals while considering financial implications, tax efficiency, and risk management.
  
• Participate in negotiations with target companies and their representatives to achieve favorable deal terms and conditions.
  
• Develop and execute financial integration plans for acquired companies, ensuring a smooth transition of financial processes, systems, and reporting into the existing framework.
  
• Identify potential financial, operational, and regulatory risks associated with M&A transactions and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
    
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in finance, investment banking, corporate development, or M&A advisory.
    
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in analyzing complex financial data.
    
  • In-depth knowledge of M&A processes, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
    
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    
  • Experience with post-acquisition integration processes is a plus.
