Job Description:

ZeroWater is seeking an experienced candidate with previous FP&A experience who possesses a high level of critical thinking skills and a proactive work ethic, and who excels in fast-paced environments. The Finance Manager will be responsible for all financial activities pertaining to budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis of the P&L and balance sheet as well as other operational metrics for the business.The Finance Manager will lead ZeroWater finance to produce reliable, accurate, and timely information. This individual uses analytical skills to generate and implement collaborative solutions while serving as a strategic business partner to the President/GM.Specific Job Function:Own monthly reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc decision support for the business.Generate analysis and materials for presentations to executives, including the Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and the Monthly Business Review (MBR).Act as a champion for relentless continuous improvement and partner with business leaders to drive process improvements.Drive SG&A reporting and cost control.Partner with Culligan North America regional finance to share and implement best practicesDesign, develop and produce standardized decision-based analytics.Lead growth-related projects through the Strategic Deployment Process in addition to serving as the Financial Liaison for ZeroWater strategic initiatives.Support Culligan Investor Relations with quarterly financial updates as needed.Participate in ZeroWater leadership team meetings.Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities, and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.Performs other duties as assignedJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Finance5 to 10 years of FP&A experienceDecision-making skills along with strong oral, written and interpersonal skillsProven skill in converting detailed financial analysis into digestible presentationsERP and Consolidations System (Sage & Hyperion Planning is a plus)Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
