JOB TITLE: Senior Financial AnalystREPORTS TO: VP, FinanceEssential Functions:Creation of monthly revenue and expense analysis related to complex manufacturing environment.Creation of metrics used by management to track operational performance in a complex environmentCreation and reporting of financial analysis including month-end reporting, budget, forecastsPresent financial findings to management on a monthly basisWork closely with management and operational levels within organization to understand and support operational initiatives.Support job and customer profitability analysis and reporting thru metrics for operational performance and financial analysis thru accounting profitability reportingResearch financial issues and create comparatives for overall trend analysisEstablish financial process improvementsSupport internal audit process and identify areas of improvementParticipate and lead others in financial/performance projectsProvide support and direction on projects working with financial and non-financial team membersAdditional ad hoc analysis projects as assignedQualifications:Bachelors in Accounting or Finance4+ years of related experience in combination of financial accounting and cost accountingAccounting and Finance experience needed.Experience in cost accounting role needed.Experience in system transition a plusMust display exceptional communication skills both internally and externallyMust have ability to work with diverse levels of managementMust have a high level of proficiency in MS Office products, specifically Excel.
