Come join our team, where our associates are our greatest asset!JOB SUMMARY:The purpose of the role is support the decision making process through providing best in class customer reporting, analysis and insights The Sales Finance Analyst--is responsible to support the sales team and direct them to improve profitability for all customers and brokers in the Walmart, Alternative, distributor and others channels. This can be achieved by effectively and efficiently reporting on customers' sales performance and evaluation of proposed activities related to these channels.The Sales Finance Analyst--is accountable to improve visibility and accuracy of all related trade spend, frequently review the existing reports and ensure competence and adequacy of accruals. Additionally, the Sales Finance Analyst will work as part of the wider Sales finance team to promote a culture of control awareness, manage risk and leverage technology to drive compliance.The Sales Finance Analyst--will need to have the ability to work in a fast-pace, frequently changing environment to prioritize and multi-task assignments and projects to meet timely deliverables. The Sales Finance Analyst--position is responsible to develop strong partnerships and relationships to gather information and thoughtful conclusions of sales data.RESPONSIBILTIES:* Develop specific insights by analyzing customers' performance in the Walmart, Alternative, distributor and others channels.* Coordinate and support the sales team to conduct regular customer / channel reviews.* Work with the sales team to direct market investments towards profitable business opportunities.* Accountability to maintain and develop customer pricing database for the Walmart, Alternative, distributor and others channels.* Perform analysis and evaluation of all promotional activities for the Walmart, Alternative, distributor and others channels. This also includes post activities implementation reviews.* Create and standardized net-net sales, trade, and broker reporting to align with business needs. Ensure timely distribution of the reports in order to provide value added commentary, which will improve business performance.* Create, combine, and manage complex data sets (i.e. Exact, SAP and AFS) into financial reporting structure to drive root cause analyses of customer performance. * Collaborate with Sales and IT to identify, develop and implement enhancements to reporting, and analytical deliverables.* Assist and support Annual Operating Plan and latest business estimates regarding by providing outlook for all market spend. Ensure that related customers profitability are in line with business expectations.* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all market related spend for the Walmart, Alternative, distributor and others channels.* Minimize risk through active management of related customer contracts.* Coordinate with the wider sales finance team to maintain and develop the usage of the company's ERP (i.e. SAP) and trade management system. Ensure the effective and efficient use of these systems.* Work with the Sr. Director Sales Finance to streamline end-to-end market investment processes. Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiencies.* Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or related discipline required.* Minimum of Five (5) years of business experience with financial analysis and data management, preferably with within CPG industry with a work history of finance or sales finance* Strong business acumen, problem solving, driving for results and organizational skills are required.* Ability to manipulate and analyze large amount of data through multiple sources.* Ability to leverage analytics and insights to generate meaningful financial solutions* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good financial business acumen* Proven ability to gain commitment and build work relationships.* Proven ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers and peers* Strong proficiency in MS Office Excel, MS Office PowerPoint, and SAP/ERP Systems* Proficiency managing and making recommendations for efficiencies with systems and tools* Demonstrated professional success, with an ability to deal with ambiguity, change, and a dynamic business environmentHARIBO of America, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.
